How It Works

We’ll set up a time with you over the phone for us to get to know each other and to ask questions about the type of experience you and your group are looking for. Are you wanting to stay and play at one resort for the week? Do you want to see all of the notable golf courses within a 50 mile radius with the least amount of drive time between rounds? Do you want to see options from different locations that we think would be a good fit for your group? We’ll cover all of this during our first call.
From there, we’ll send out a survey to everyone attending in the group to gain an understanding of individual preferences, locations, preferred airports, budgets and other information we’ll use when coordinating the details.

Once we’ve met with you and understand what you’re looking for, we’ll provide a list of options for you and your group to select from. This can include a specific destination if you already know where you want to go or we can compile options that fit within your terms. This list includes estimated cost per person, total number of nights and rounds of golf, and lodging details.

Once your group has decided on your plan, we’ll secure everything needed for a seamless experience including but not limited to: tee times, lodging, rental cars, flights, driving routes, and payments. If any changes come up during this process we’ll assist to reset and adjust accordingly.
The only thing you’ll be left to do is pack your bags, clean your clubs, and countdown the days.

As your trip approaches, we’ll provide your group with a unique link to easily access your full itinerary with all details we’ve coordinated included. See a sample of the full itinerary you and your group will have access to before and during your trip.
